Depending on destination, we use either Canada Post or UPS/Purolator as our shipping carrier. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped, you will receive email notification of tracking number and expected date of delivery.

SHIPPING to USA

Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. eliminated the "de minimis" duty-free threshold. This means that any order shipped to the USA, regardless of value, is now subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We do not collect these charges ahead of time; rather, they are to be paid by the receiver before the parcel is cleared at customs or at time of delivery (as acting broker, UPS or Purolator handles all relevant payments.) Expect to pay a minimum of $50 CAD per shipment. For a more precise estimate, please contact us before placing an order.
